Will Millership

CEO of PRISM

Will Millership is the CEO of the Partnership for Research Into Sentient Machines (PRISM), where he leads efforts to foster global collaboration on AI consciousness and to promote the development of safe and aligned artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining PRISM, Will held various communications and leadership roles in AI organisations across academia, research, and the private sector. He was the Director of the General AI Challenge and worked with GoodAI on policy and governance of AGI.

He was the second member of staff at the Scottish AI Alliance, where he helped to establish Scotland as a leader in the development and use of Trustworthy, Ethical, and Inclusive AI. Most recently, he led a cross-functional team at Speech Graphics and Rapport a leading animation studio and avatar provider.
